Delete your Trikona account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, in the app or by email. You do not need to sign in to read this page.
Delete a single client or chart (keep your account)
You can remove one client, and everything stored for that client, without deleting your account.
- Open Clients and select the client.
- Select More, then Delete client.
- Select Delete client again to confirm.
This erases the client's record and birth details, and the saved charts, consultations, notes and predictions stored for that client. Links you shared from them stop working. Your account and your other clients are not affected.
The app has no button to delete a single saved chart on its own. To remove one chart and keep its client, email privacy@trikona.app with the subject Delete a chart, the client's name and the chart's label. Do not send birth details. We delete it within 15 days of your email. Once deleted, it no longer appears in your account, and it is permanently erased 30 days later.
After that, a deleted client or chart can stay in an encrypted backup for up to 30 days, on the same schedule as the backups described below.
Delete in the app
- Open Trikona on your phone, tablet or at app.trikona.app, and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Under Erase account, enter your current password and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
- Select Erase account. Your account is removed straight away.
Signed up with Google or Apple? Follow the steps shown under Erase account to confirm it is you. Never enter your Google or Apple password into Trikona.
Delete by email, without the app
Email privacy@trikona.app with the subject Delete my account. Send it from the email address on your Trikona account if you can, so we can confirm the account is yours. Do not send your password or any client's birth details.
We reply within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and practice profile, including your logo.
- Every client record and the birth details in it.
- Saved charts, consultations, consultation documents, notes and predictions.
- Shared links, API tokens, sessions, consent records and support requests.
If you have a paid subscription, Trikona cancels it before deleting the account. If the payment provider cannot confirm the cancellation, deletion waits and the app tells you, so you are not charged for an account that no longer exists.
What remains
- A deletion receipt with no personal details: the date and how many items were removed.
- If a refund is still being processed, the payment reference, amount and currency, until the refund completes. Then they are deleted.
- Records that payment providers must keep under their own legal duties.
- Encrypted backups. Your data can stay in a backup for up to 30 days after deletion; each backup is deleted when it is 30 days old. See our Privacy Policy.
Want a copy first?
Go to Settings, then Account, and select Export my data before you delete. You get a file with your account, clients and consultations.
